A mountain biking expedition that spans 60kms through the greenest hills and forests you've ever seen. Live amidst the rich flora and fauna of the Coorg forests and set up camp at picturesque locations along the way. Feel the highs (and get past the lows) as you cycle through the rolling hills—on roads, off-road tracks and dense forest trails. Slush, rocks, mud and dirt.
Learn the technicalities of riding in the wild—how to regulate speed over turns and balance your weight going up and down hills. Get real familiar with your bike…dismantle it, maintain it and even learn how to fix punctures! An intensive session to plan out everything—from menus, ration and utensils to contingency food plans—before we pack and load the jeeps. Learn to share the responsibilities of cooking, cleaning, firewood collection and resource management along the way.

This program might be more demanding than the usual physical activities you're used to. We recommend a little jogging, stretching and exercise a few weeks before the departure to gain the flexibility and agility needed to truly enjoy the experience. Do this wearing the shoes you want to carry for the program—it'll help break into them.
