This Terms & Conditions Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the access to and use of the INME Camps mobile application (“App”), the website, sub-sites, and all related digital platforms (collectively, the “Site”), owned, published, and maintained by Inme Learning Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of India (“INME”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
BY ACCESSING, BROWSING, DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, REGISTERING ON, OR USING THE SITE OR APP, YOU AGREE, WITHOUT LIMITATION OR QUALIFICATION, TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY DISCONTINUE USE.
1.1 The Site and App function as information, communication, facilitation, and intermediary platforms for INME programs, camps, loyalty initiatives, and referrals.
1.2 The App is intended solely to:
1.3 The Site and App do not themselves sell, confirm, guarantee, or administer camps.
1.4 INME may add, remove, modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the Site or App at any time, without notice or liability.
1.5 When accessing any sub-site (including those of associates), additional terms may apply and shall be deemed incorporated by reference.
2.1 The Site and App may be accessed by parents/legal guardians and children under parental supervision.
2.2 There is no minimum age requirement; however:
2.3 Multiple guardians may be linked to a child profile. INME bears no responsibility for disputes between guardians.
2.4 Submission of inaccurate, false, or misleading information constitutes a material breach and may result in immediate termination.
3.1 Access to certain areas may require registration.
3.2 Users represent and warrant that all information supplied is true and accurate.
3.3 Users are solely responsible for safeguarding credentials. Credential sharing is prohibited.
3.4 INME does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for:
4.1 All bookings and payments occur via authorised channels or third-party platforms.
4.2 Display of camp information does not constitute an offer or guarantee.
4.3 Camp details, pricing, instructors, schedules, and locations may be changed or withdrawn at INME’s discretion.

For all programs other than those listed under Section 2, the following cancellation charges apply:
Up to 16 days before departure: 10% of the program fee
11–15 days before departure: 25% of the program fee
6–10 days before departure: 50% of the program fee
5 days or less before departure: 100% of the program fee (no refund)

Skis & Slopes
Manali Snowboarding
Deep Sea Adventure – Andamans
Cancellation charges are applicable only up to 11 days before departure.
11 days or more before departure: Applicable cancellation charges as per schedule
10 days or less before departure: No refund will be issued
All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email.
The number of days is calculated from the scheduled departure date.
Any transaction fees, taxes, or third-party charges already incurred may be non-refundable.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable period after confirmation.
INME reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify a program due to reasons including but not limited to weather conditions, safety concerns, insufficient participation, or force majeure events. In such cases, refunds or alternatives will be communicated separately.
5.1 “INME Coins” are:
5.2 Coins may be earned via bookings and referrals.
5.3 Booking coins may expire; referral coins may be revoked.
5.4 INME may modify, suspend, alter value, impose expiry, or terminate the program without notice or liability.
5.5 INME’s records are final, conclusive, and binding.
6.1 Referral programs are discretionary and promotional.
6.2 Self-referrals, fraud, or manipulation result in cancellation, forfeiture, and termination.
6.3 Referral benefits may be revoked even after issuance.
7.1 The Site and App are for personal, non-commercial use only.
7.2 Users shall not copy, modify, sell, transmit, distribute, or exploit any content for commercial purposes.
7.3 Users shall not interfere with Site or App operations.
8.1 All content (text, images, software, audio, video, logos, trademarks) is protected by copyright and IP laws.
8.2 No licence is granted except as expressly stated.
8.3 Unauthorized use may violate copyright, trademark, privacy, and criminal laws.
Users shall not:
10.1 All user submissions are non-confidential.
10.2 INME may adapt, publish, license, sell, transmit, or use such material worldwide, forever.
10.3 Users waive all moral, publicity, proprietary, and approval rights.
10.4 INME may remove content and cooperate with law enforcement.
11.1 The Site and App may display photos, videos, and testimonials involving children.
11.2 Parental consent is deemed granted through continued use.
11.3 Users grant INME a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence.
11.4 All image-related claims are waived.
12.1 INME provides intermediary services only and is not the last-mile service provider.
12.2 INME is not responsible for acts, errors, omissions, or failures of third-party suppliers.
12.3 Users may be required to accept third-party waivers.
13.1 The Site and App are provided “AS IS”.
13.2 No warranties are made regarding accuracy, reliability, availability, or fitness.
13.3 INME is not responsible for technical inaccuracies or third-party data.
14.1 Travel and adventure activities involve inherent risks.
14.2 Parents must disclose medical and behavioural conditions.
14.3 Non-disclosure voids liability.
14.4 INME is not liable for injury, illness, delays, cancellations, force majeure, or government actions.
15.1 No liability for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.
15.2 Maximum liability capped at INR 1,000.
Users agree to defend and indemnify INME against all claims arising from:
Products and services may not be available in all locations. No guarantee is made.
INME may deny or terminate access without notice, refund, or cause.
19.1 This Agreement is between the User and INME only.
19.2 Apple and Google are third-party beneficiaries solely for enforcement.
19.3 They bear no responsibility for maintenance or support.
INME may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
