With an adult to child ratio of 1:6, each child is provided the attention and opportunity needed to bring out his or her best. With multiple female instructors on each camp, there is always one present even when the children break off into smaller groups during activities.
Inme instructors have undergone a range of training modules on technical activity skills and wilderness medics since 2007. A special focus on gender sensitization ensures age appropriate behaviour—making children comfortable.
Our instructors have been trained at Atal Bihari Vajpayee Institute of Mountaineering and Allied Sports, Manali; Nehru Institute of Mountaineering, Uttarkashi or Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Darjeeling.
