Deep Sea Adventure- Andamans

Scuba diving, snorkelling and sea-kayaking with pristine beaches, coral reefs and stunning views of a whole new, vibrant and colourful world under the sea. This program offers more than a casual involvement with diving. It earns you a SSI Scuba Diver certification that you can use to access diving in over a hundred countries.

Set across Port Blair and Havelock Island, every participant experiences snorkelling, sea kayaking, and beach games. The scuba diving pathway is tailored to certification level, ranging from the Basic Scuba Diver Course covering theory and confined-water dives to Open Water Certification extending depth limits to 18 metres. Beyond diving, participants enjoy intertidal marine walks, a sunset hike to Radhanagar Beach, stargazing, and a visit to the Cellular Jail's light-and-sound show. Participants must be able to swim 50 metres freestyle and should not have sinus issues.

Safety & Care

Inme partners with Dive India, one of India's oldest diving organisations, with PADI and SSI certified instructors. A 1:6 adult-to-participant ratio is maintained, with at least one female instructor per ten female participants. Participants progress methodically from confined to open-water dives as confidence develops. A doctor is on call and an emergency vehicle is on standby, with hospitals in both Port Blair and Havelock located 15 to 20 minutes away.

Accommodation

Participants stay in comfortable hotels in both Port Blair and Havelock on a triple-share basis, with rooms and washrooms regularly cleaned by hotel staff. Participants are responsible for maintaining cleanliness in their own living areas, with the practice of keeping shared spaces tidy serving as a meaningful lesson in collaboration and the responsibilities of community living.

The menu offers a generous mix of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, all served in unlimited portions, with Jain food available on request. Instructors ensure participants eat adequately and remain well-hydrated, with snacks and refreshments provided at appropriate intervals.
