Thank you for choosing the INME Experience for your child.
The INME Summer Program is built around outdoor learning, adventure activities, and personal challenges. It is more than a traditional holiday camp. We request you to carefully read the information below and complete the form accurately.
The entire process will take approximately 10 minutes , but it helps us ensure a safe, well-managed, and memorable experience for your child.
1. Understanding of Program Risks
I understand the program details and acknowledge that outdoor adventure activities involve inherent and unavoidable risks .
While INME Learning Pvt. Ltd. employs trained and experienced staff and takes all reasonable precautions to ensure participant safety, certain risks associated with outdoor environments, travel, weather conditions, and adventure activities may still exist.
By enrolling my child in the program, I confirm that I understand these risks and voluntarily permit my child to participate. I agree not to hold INME Learning Pvt. Ltd., its employees, instructors, contractors, directors, or representatives liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from the inherent risks of participation in the program, except in cases of proven negligence.

2. Medical Fitness and Emergency Consent
I confirm that my child is physically and medically fit to participate in the selected program.
I will provide complete and accurate medical information in this form. To the best of my knowledge, my child does not suffer from any medical condition—such as serious heart conditions, uncontrolled asthma, epilepsy, severe allergies, or other conditions —that may be aggravated by participation in adventure activities.
In the event of illness, injury, or medical emergency, I authorize INME Learning Pvt. Ltd. and the medical professionals or hospitals identified by them to administer first aid, medication, or necessary medical treatment, including hospitalization if required.

3. Communication During the Program
I understand and agree to the communication protocol followed during the program.
Direct communication between parents and participants is generally not possible during the program. INME will share updates through program-specific WhatsApp communication channels , the link for which will be shared closer to the program date.
Updates typically include:
Two text updates during the day
Photographs shared in the evening
I understand that these updates are subject to network availability and connectivity at the program locations .
I also acknowledge that photographs shared will usually feature groups of participants and may not necessarily include my child in every update.

4. Code of Conduct
I understand that all participants are expected to follow the program rules and maintain respectful behavior toward fellow participants and staff.
Misconduct including, but not limited to:
Repeated indiscipline
Bullying or harassment
Gender sensitivity violations
Breach of safety protocols
Possession or use of tobacco, alcohol, or prohibited substances
may result in the participant being
sent back from the program at the parent/guardian’s cost , without refund.

5. Nature of Facilities and Living Conditions
I understand that this program is not a luxury camping experience.
The program follows a structured schedule with rules, shared responsibilities, and communal living. Accommodation may be in tents or dormitories, and facilities are basic yet hygienic.
While the campuses maintain clean toilets with regular fittings and dedicated cleaning staff, I understand that they may not match the comforts of home.
Certain expeditions may involve moving campsites, where fixed toilets or kitchens may not be available. Participants may be required to carry equipment, set up tents, and assist with cooking or camp chores as part of the experiential learning process.

6. Program Changes Due to Safety, Weather, or Operational Requirements
I understand that outdoor programs are subject to environmental and logistical conditions such as weather, terrain, transportation delays, government regulations, or safety considerations .
INME Learning Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify, reschedule, substitute, or cancel specific activities, routes, or program elements if deemed necessary for participant safety or operational reasons. Such changes will not be considered a breach of agreement.

7. Participation and Early Withdrawal
I understand that participation in activities is encouraged but may sometimes be restricted by instructors due to safety, medical reasons, or participant readiness .
If my child voluntarily withdraws from an activity or the program, or if the instructors determine that continued participation is unsafe or inappropriate, INME may limit or discontinue participation in certain activities.
In such cases, refunds will not be applicable , and any costs related to early return or special arrangements will be borne by the parent/guardian.

8. Consent for Photographs and Videos for Program Updates
I permit INME Learning Pvt. Ltd. to take photographs and videos of my child/ward during the program for the purpose of documenting activities and sharing program updates with parents and participants through official communication channels, including messaging groups and INME’s official social media pages during the program.

9. Consent for Use of Photographs and Videos for Promotional Purposes (Optional)
INME Learning Pvt. Ltd. may use photographs or videos featuring my child/ward for educational, informational, or promotional purposes , including use in brochures, presentations, websites, and social media related to INME programs.
I consent to the use of my child's photographs/videos for promotional purposes.
I do not consent to the use of my child's photographs/videos for promotional purposes.
By clicking submit below indicates that I agree to all the points listed above in this
consent letter. I have read, understood, filled and taken all clarification I needed. I am
aware of the payment & cancellation policy and agree with the same. Any claim or any
controversy involving this agreement shall be conducted in New Delhi.
