They are practicing professionals, entrepreneurs, business leaders, educationists, authors, facilitators, and behavioral science professionals. Alma Mater: St Columba's School, SRCC, XLRI
Tarun is one of the pioneers of outdoor education in India. He has participated in several world-class outdoor programs at Outward Bound in Singapore and California. With a background in behavioral sciences and his interest in adventure and outdoors, he has been active in the field of adventure-based learning for over 2 decades now.
Prior to founding inme, he co-founded iDiscoveri where he created and managed the Youreka summer programs till 2006. An ex-state level football player and a white water rafting enthusiast, Tarun is passionate about working with young people to help them discover and achieve their potential.

Gaurav has a background in HR and people development and has been designing and delivering outdoor based learning programs since 1996. He was part of the founding team at Youreka summer programs that he ran with Tarun till 2006. A leading trainer in the leadership and team building space, he has immense talent to connect with people and energize groups. Satindra has held key positions with leading multinationals across functions of quality, customer service and operations. After spending two decades in management consulting and banking, Satindra left his position as the CEO of American Express to co-found inme. He facilitates programs on leadership and visioning. Former faculty member at the College of Defence Management and Army War College, Trigunesh served as the Commandant of Counter Insurgency and Jungle Warfare School. A corporate and student trainer since 1998 when he took voluntary retirement from the Armed Forces, Trigunesh facilitates programs in interpersonal effectiveness, coaching and mentoring. A co-founder at inme and a former Silicon Valley entrepreneur, Saurabh brings a global perspective to his work with inme. He has implemented a worldwide mentoring program for young entrepreneurs at The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE) in California and bring a wealth of experience in coaching and mentoring. He has authored the popular book 'What Teens Need but Can't Quite Say' (Rupa, '05) and enjoys playing competitive squash, golf and hiking. Children call him 'Coach' on camp.read more
Alma Mater: Naval Public School, Mumbai University
A Telecommunications engineer from Mumbai University, Puneet is a co-founder at inme and leads its sales and marketing functions. His love for adventure was kindled at an early age as he traveled to the boondocks of India with his family. In 2005 Puneet took a leap of faith and participated in 'Khoj', leaving behind a flourishing career as a research and strategy consultant for organizations such as Mastek, ILFS and ONGC. In 2007 he co-founded Exper, inme's parent company and has been an entrepreneur since.
Puneet loves facilitating sessions on collaboration & team work, communicating with impact, public speaking, and sales management. A firm believer of experiential learning, he feels that hands on experience teaches a lot. In his spare time, he back packs across the world and within India, rides his mountain bike and reads whatever catches his eyes.
Alma Mater: The Doon School, La Trobe University
Sarabjit brings more than a decade's experience in delivering experiential education programs. Sarab's passion for experiential learning was ignited as a disciple when he enrolled into the IAYP program. He went on to become the only Dosco to earn the IAYP Gold Award twice while still in school. After finishing school Sarabjit joined IAYP, first as a volunteer and then a member of the Award Authority. He was pivotal in launching IAYP for the college going youth in India.
Sarab has worked with numerous children across India, Australia and US and brings a global perspective into his work. He has a Masters in Outdoor and Environmental Education from LaTrobe University in Australia where he also designed and taught the Graduate Course in Outdoor Leadership. A high altitude mountaineer and a professional ice wall climber, Sarabjit has climbed nearly half a dozen 7000 meter plus peaks.
Alma Mater: Welham Girls School, Delhi University, Symbiosis
Manvi is the youngest member of the core team at Inme. She has an MBA in Communication Management, and has been a part of Inme since 2011. Prior to joining Inme, Manvi has worked with an advertising firm. She heads Inme's Marketing Council and also manages our sales efforts in South India.
A long distance endurance cyclist and nature lover, Manvi facilitates learning programs for young adults and teachers. She is a live wire on camps. Kids love her for her sense of humor and the energy she brings into her interactions with them. An ardent theatre practitioner she feels that one learns best by being on stage - whether at school or at work.
Alma Mater: Jai Hind College, Mumbai
Nayan has completed his Basic Course in Mountaineering from Nehru Institute of Mountaineering, Uttarakashi. He heads the Advocacy and Business Development efforts in West India and has been a part of the inme team since 2010. An endurance cyclist and high altitude mountaineer, Nayan has cycled solo from Manali to Leh and was also selected for The Siachen Glacier Trekking Expedition with the Indian Army among others. Equally popular with kids on campus and parents in Mumbai, Nayan brings in unlimited passion and energy to the team.read more

Junaid has been part of Inme since its inception in 2008.He is a Management Graduate from Bangalore university and also has a diploma in experiential education. He heads the Schools Vertical at inme and also facilitates programs for both children and adults.
He loves working with children and adults on leadership, communication and teamwork. His caring and big brother approach makes him very popular with kids on campus, he is also a certified scuba diver. An ardent aviation enthusiast he loves to fly simulators and aims to acquire his flying licence soon .He has worked in organisations such as Idiscoveri, Edumedia, School Cinema and also has launched and run a fast food chain in the past.
Alma Mater: Carmel Convent, St Stephen's College, IIM Ahmedabad
Richa comes from the high powered world of corporate banking and stock analysis. She spent the early years of her career with banks like ANZ Grindlays and CNBC. Passionate about working closely with people rather than assets, Richa left her career as a banker in 2003 and set up Work Wise, a career guidance company. She has worked with over 8000 children, coaching them towards successful and fun careers. A certified MBTI Trainer, Richa also help children and professions in Personal Visioning, Goal Setting and effective self-presentation.
Richa enjoys trekking and writing in her spare time and has written for several prestigious publications such as The Statesman, Femina, Women's Era and The Little Magazine. She is currently writing a book for the Hachette Group; the book is due for publication in Summer 2017.

Snigdha heads the Data Analytics and IT division at Inme. She comes with over a decade's experience in designing software for investment banks in the US. A nature lover, she likes spending her free time away from the buzz of citities.read more

The show is run by our team of facilitators, Group Leaders and Instructors who are experienced and certified with NIM (Uttarkashi), ABVMI (Manali) or other professional institutes in India or abroad. Our white water rafting team from Aquaterra has been featured as one of the world's best adventure travel outfits by National Geographic. Usually the most experienced outdoor professional on a camp, a Campus Chief ensures that the camp keeps running smoothly!
A trained medical professional is there on every camp to take care of aches and pains, cuts and bruises. While the instructors ensure that a camp is a joyful experience, doctors on camp ensure that children are comfortable and well cared for!
Although our support staff is always behind the scenes, they are critical in providing a happy experience to our participants.
A professional team of trained and certified Outdoor Instructors guides the kids through the camp. Apart from sharing their expertise and skills on ground, the instructor ensure that the camp is a joyful, enriching and memorable experience for every participant!
